Welcome to " Nick The Happy Chef' a Private Chef service in your own home & kitchen.
- My style as a Chef is quite unique as all my menu items are made from fresh ingredients, full of flavours which will bring you on a journey of flavours where you can feel the passion on your plate
- As we say food feed your heart & soul with happiness, that's what i'm about through this entertaining experience to feed your heart, soul,you and your guests with happiness through my unique flavours
- Some of the menus ( Canapes cocktail, 3-course meal & 5- course meal) required a 2 day process as I dont prep or cook off-site. It's all made in your own home and kitchen. The 2 day process is where the flavours are in the making where you can witness the whole process from start to finish in front of you, with the aromas spreading and taste. During the whole process there's a minimal wastage involved, as the left overs are kept for the next day.
-The Mystery Box Experience is only a 1 day process where I use your own ingredients from your pantry to create a 3-course meal
